We are a forward thinking property maintenance company that has been established for more than 15 years. Our aim is to always provide customers with exceptional levels of customer service. We use technology to enhance our systems and processes and we use outstanding people to personally and diligently serve our valued customers.
If you are accepted at HandyExperts you become one of our trade partners. We have specialist trade partners who take the occasional job and use HandyExperts to supplement their own busy schedules. We also have trade partners who make themselves more readily available because they enjoy the simplicity and reliability of working with us. Our trade partners are a mix of sole traders and limited companies, your legal status is not important, what matters is the quality of service provided to our customers. We always pay on time and we don't make promises that we can't keep.
No, it's not a job. You get out what you put in and the earnings of our trade partners vary from £100 right up to more than £2,000 or more if you had a busy week or were working on a large project. We are happy for you to work as little or as much as you like. We cannot guarantee the work volume for you because it fluctuates seasonally and with general demand. We simply ask that you operate within the guidelines and you give each customer the VIP treatment that they deserve.
Yes it is completely free to trade partners. We never ask our partners for money. The profits from each job are shared with you. From our share we cover the costs of operating the business which includes the advertising, staff salaries and administration. We also reinvest by constantly upgrading systems and tools to ensure that it always remains sustainable and competitive.
There are no hard and fast rules and we are always happy to hear from prospective new partners who feel they might be suitable. Essentially trade partners must be highly skilled and experienced tradespeople with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and staff. We aim to provide the best possible service to our customers so we can only accept the best tradespeople. Anyone can apply and we do not discriminate in any way, we simply insist that you are up for the challenge of amazing our customers with your skills and friendly approach.
